The Power of Alignment: Connecting with Your Inner Self and the Divine

Hey, Soulful Seeker!


Let's talk about alignment. What is it, and why is it so crucial? For me, alignment is staying centered and connecting with your inner self and the Divine. When we get still and “connect” with Source (that which is greater than our human self,) we gain greater clarity and a broader perspective about who we are,  what we want, and what we stand for. This lays out a road map for us to follow in the way in which we want to maneuver through our lives. For me, I want to live a life filled with joy, happiness, and abundance. I want to love and be loved, and I want to serve others. What is it for you?


Staying in alignment also means staying the course and standing in your truth. Are your decisions and actions that follow, in “alignment” with that which is near and dear to you, your healing, your life purpose, what you want and desire, your principles, your morals and your values? If not, then you are probably out of alignment and feeling the consequences of that.


For instance, if you value honesty but find yourself never speaking your truth because you want to avoid conflict, staying in alignment would mean choosing to be honest despite the discomfort it might bring. Similarly, if your life purpose involves creativity but you spend all your time on tasks that drain you and leave little room for creative expression, you might feel off-balance and unfulfilled.


In relationships, do you feel loved, valued and respected? Staying in alignment could mean setting boundaries that honor your needs, wants and desires. If you find yourself constantly compromising your own well-being to please others, you may feel anger, resentment, self-loathing or exhaustion, indicating that you are out of alignment.


So, how do I stay in alignment? Here are my top 5 strategies:


1. Meditate Daily: I make it a priority to set aside time each day to meditate. This practice helps me quiet my mind, connect with my inner self, and tune into the guidance of the Divine. Whether it’s a short 10-minute session or a longer period, daily meditation keeps me grounded, clear, and centered.


2. Regular Crystal Reiki Sessions: I incorporate regular Crystal Reiki sessions into my routine. These sessions help balance my energy, clear any blockages, and align my chakras. The healing power of crystals combined with Reiki energy enhances my overall sense of well-being and alignment with my higher self.


3. Surround Myself with Fun, Happy, and Positive People: I am mindful of the company I keep. Being around fun, happy, and positive individuals uplifts my spirit and keeps my vibe high. These relationships nurture my soul and help me stay aligned with joy and positivity.


4. Make Time for Fun: I ensure that I carve out time for activities that bring me joy and excitement. Whether it’s dancing, spending time in nature, or simply laughing with loved ones, making time for fun is essential for maintaining a balanced and aligned life.


5. Live Knowing that the Universe Wants to Give Us Anything We Desire: I embrace the belief that the Universe (God, Spirit, Life Force Energy, etc) is abundant and wants to fulfill our desires. By maintaining a mindset of trust and openness, I align myself with the flow of abundance. This positive outlook helps me manifest my dreams and stay connected to my true purpose.


By paying attention to these areas and making conscious choices that reflect your true self, you can maintain a sense of alignment and experience greater peace and fulfillment in your life.
