About Me

Struggling, I began the search to put things in perspective and allow my healing and learning to begin.  Then, in the summer of 2012, I had the fortunate opportunity to travel to the Big Island of Hawaii for a spiritual-healing retreat.  It was there that I first experienced energy healing and meditation, and there, that a tiny seed was planted to explore this area of holistic health as a profession.  Finally, after much contemplation, and a daily practice of meditation and prayer, my spiritual beliefs have been strengthened and broadened, my health is better than ever, my outlook on life has been brightened, and the interest in teaching meditation to others and having a Reiki practice has been manifested and solidified.  Whether you are going through a major life challenge, trying to get through an emotional block, dealing with a physical condition, or just want deeper harmony and balance, please allow me the honor and privilege to be of service to you.

My Philosophy

If you’ve ever wondered about meditation, what it is, or what it can do for you, you are not alone.  Meditation seems to be all the rage right now.  And, although it has been around for thousands of years, it seems to be finally catching up with mainstream society.  With the help of big personalities such as Oprah, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Oz, Ellen DeGeneres, and Russell Brand to name a few, meditation is growing as another holistic health alternative.​

Meditation is a means of gaining and maintaining balance by making time to go within yourself and getting centered.  It is a period of deep relaxation where emotional and physical healing can take place.  It is a state in which we can clear the mind and become “thought-less.”  Meditation is also a way to gain self-awareness, insight, and a higher level of consciousness.
