Charming Your Chakras

In this light-hearted and fun class, I will show you some simple tools you can use to work with your chakras that will help clear and balance them so you can comeback into alignment. In this class, we will start with a meditation specially written for this class. And then we’ll go over the following:

• What the Chakras are
• How to locate the 7 main chakras in the body
• The purpose of each chakra
• Symptoms of unbalanced or blocked chakras
• The colors, frequencies, bijas, and mudras that correspond with each chakra
• How crystals help balance the chakras
• Tips and tools to help maintain healthy chakras
• All materials, plus a free gift, included
